Perforation (Punching)
CNC – Wide presses
Up to a width of 1,500 mm and a thickness of 4 mm (plate material) or 3 mm (coil) for a wide range of perforated plates.
CNC – Strip presses
Up to a length of 6,000 mm and a width of 2,000 mm (plate material) for special and customised products.
CNC – automatic punching machines
Up to 800 mm from the coil / thickness 0.4 up to 2.5 mm. Progressive tools and punching tools are used to manufacture products for all industries.
CUTTING
Cutting equipment
Up to a width of 3,200 mm and a maximum thickness of 10 mm.
STRAIGHTENING
Equipment for straightening
Precisely straighten tensions resulting from perforation of the plates.
Coil heels
Coils up to a maximum weight of 10 tons and a width of 1,500 mm / inner dia. 508 mm, outer dia 1,500 mm are perforated.
FURTHER PROCESSING
High-precision laser cutting technology!
Cutting of perforated sheets of 2,000 x 4,000 mm / material thickness 20 mm (mild steel) and 15 mm (stainless steel) / speed up to 45 m/min. Processing area: 2,000 x 4,000 mm.
Transfer presses
Mechanical and hydraulic up to 400 tons - for processing or manufacturing of semi-finished and finished products.

Our own tool making shop
ensures rapid reaction after receipt of individual enquiries. Our perforation tools inventory is constantly completed and updated.
