PERFORATED SHEETS/PERFORATED PLATES
The term perforated sheet/perforated plate is defined in DIN 24041:2002-12 (please also see „standards and sizes“).Besides plastics primarily metals are processed.
The most common shapes of holes for perforated sheets are the round hole, the square hole, the hexagonal hole, the oblong hole and specially shaped holes and additionally you can choose different hole patterns for all kinds of shapes.
Perforated Plates of AHERHAMMER
Each application requires optimum materials. We manufacture perforated sheets made from bright, galvanised or coated steel, stainless steel, nonferrous metals like aluminium (also coated), copper, brass and titanium, as well as plastics, hard fibre and cardboard. Furthermore surface processing of the perforated plates is possible: paintings, coatings, hot-dip galvanising and much more.
MANUFACTURE OF PERFORATED SHEETS
Perforated sheets up to a width of 1,500 mm from plates with material thickness up to 4 mm and coils with a material thickness up to 2 mm are processed on our wide presses. If requested the coils can be reeled up again or cut to the most favourable sizes for further processing with the cross cutter.
Steel strips up to a width of 800 mm are perforated on our high speed presses. Sheets up to a length of 4,000 (6,000 mm) and width of 2,000 are perforated on our sectional presses. Perforated sheets of steel grade St 37 are processed up to a maximum material thickness of 20 mm.

PROCESSING OF PERFORATED SHEETS
Besides the manufacture of your perforated plates we can offer the following processing: laser cutting, bending, edge trimming, welding and punching also of semi-finished or finished products. Furthermore our punching workshop is specialised in the manufacture of pressed or punched parts.
IThe required tools are quickly and precisely produced in our tool working shop. Our tool inventory changes daily and is constantly updated.
